Our Work
Projects that Prove the Process
Here are a few examples of how we plan, build, and evolve software with our clients. Each project started with a real business problem and ended with a system that is easier to run, simpler to extend, and aligned with what the business actually needed. We cannot show every engagement here, but this will give you a clear sense of how we work and what to expect.
Mobile POS
Swypeless
Contactless payments for merchants on-the-go
Swypeless is a Stripe-powered mobile point-of-sale app that lets on-the-go merchants accept contactless payments with just a phone. It gives small retailers and service providers a simple way to manage products, capture payments, and track sales without extra hardware. The result is a modern checkout experience that keeps everything in a single Stripe-based revenue stream.

The Challenge
Merchants who sell at markets, pop-up events, and expos needed a clean way to accept in-person payments while still using Stripe as their only processor. Existing options often relied on extra card readers, separate systems for online and in-person sales, and manual reconciliation. They needed contactless payments that felt as polished as their online checkout and kept revenue in one place.
Synaptech Approach
Synaptech designed Swypeless around fast, contactless payment flows that work well for both merchants and customers. The app supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major cards, all backed by Stripe and cloud native security. The team implemented multi layer safeguards, PCI compliant payment handling, and simple tools for product setup, spontaneous carts, refunds, and sale management.
The Impact
Swypeless lowered friction for in person sales and helped merchants accept more types of payments without extra hardware. Revenue from online and in person channels stays in a single Stripe ecosystem, making reporting and payouts simpler. For many users, it opened a new, flexible point of sale option that matched the way they actually sell.

Business Automation
Black Glove
Critical logistics management and reporitng
Black Glove delivers expert Apple managed services and deployment at scale. Synaptech partnered with Black Glove to support a Fortune 50 client that needed to refresh a large fleet of managed devices under strict HIPAA and FDIC constraints. The project combined secure device workflows, logistics tooling, and data integration into a single, trackable process.

The Challenge
A large, highly regulated enterprise needed to replace thousands of managed devices used by agents and staff. Each replacement required shipping a new device, transferring sensitive data, enrolling it into management, receiving the old hardware, securely wiping it, and returning it for collection. The effort involved multiple carriers, warehouses, and data sources, and the organization needed clear visibility into the status of every device while staying compliant with HIPAA and financial regulations.
Synaptech Approach
Synaptech worked with Black Glove to map the full lifecycle of each device, from shipment to final collection. The team designed detailed process flows, identified the key checkpoints, and chose third party tools to handle shipping and tracking. A custom macOS application supported warehouse operations, and tailored algorithms pulled together data from several incompatible systems into a unified view that could drive reporting and decision making.
The Impact
The device refresh program became a predictable, auditable process instead of a tangle of spreadsheets and manual checks. Stakeholders received consistent reports on progress, exceptions, and compliance related steps, which reduced risk and uncertainty. The client was able to complete large scale device collection and replacement while meeting regulatory expectations and keeping internal teams aligned.

SaaS Platform
Fitted Running
Automate drop-shipping and inventory management between brands and retailers
Fitted delivers a universal connectivity platform that links running brands and run specialty retailers, giving them shared access to inventory and e-commerce tools. Synaptech helped build the integration layer that connects brand systems, retailer POS platforms, and a WordPress WooCommerce storefront. The result is a turnkey online presence that reflects local retailers while drawing from a much wider catalog.

The Challenge
Run specialty retailers often have limited stock space and fragmented data, while brands hold large catalogs and excess inventory. Fitted needed a way to connect multiple retailer POS systems with several brand inventory and dropship feeds, then present a single, accurate view of what could be sold through each retailer branded e-commerce site. The solution had to choose the right fulfillment path for each order and keep inventory in sync without constant manual upkeep.
Synaptech Approach
Synaptech worked with Fitted to define a unified inventory and order model that could sit between brands, retailers, and the WordPress WooCommerce layer. The team implemented adapters for each POS and brand integration, along with a central service that merged availability data into a consistent picture per retailer. A fulfillment selection algorithm decided whether an order should ship from the retailer, from a brand warehouse, or via dropshipping, and process flows were documented for every major e-commerce and syncing scenario.
The Impact
Retailers gained turnkey e-commerce stores that carried far more virtual inventory than their physical shelves while still presenting as their own branded storefronts. Inventory syncing and dropship flows were automated, which reduced manual work and helped brands move more product through the specialty channel. The high performance backend gave Fitted a foundation to expand into more retailers, more brands, and new fulfillment models without rewriting the core system.
Synaptech Solution
Why choose Synaptech?
Picking a development partner is about more than filling a skill gap. Synaptech focuses on building reliable systems, clear communication, and long term relationships so your software keeps supporting the business long after launch.
Built For The Long Run
Solutions are designed around solid architecture, domain-driven design, and cloud native patterns. That leads to software that is easier to extend, debug, and support, instead of quick fixes that create technical debt.
Clear, Predictable Process
Work starts with careful planning to understand goals, constraints, and risks. Once the plan is in place, delivery shifts into smaller, frequent releases so you see progress regularly and can adjust based on real feedback.
Senior Talent, Hands On
Projects are led and implemented by experienced engineers and architects, not handed off to the lowest cost option. You get thoughtful technical decisions, practical tradeoffs, and code that others can understand.
Security And Reliability By Default
Infrastructure as code, monitoring, backups, and secure coding practices are part of standard work, not add-ons. The result is systems that stay stable, meet compliance needs more easily, and recover faster when something goes wrong.
Partnership, Not Just A Project
The goal is to become a trusted technical partner who understands your business, not a vendor that disappears after launch. That includes honest conversations about tradeoffs, transparent estimates, and support plans that fit how you actually operate.
